  Simon Poell has been involved in children's and youth work at a church in Cologne since 2015. After graduating from high school in 2019, he did a volunteer year at a school in France before starting his studies in Düsseldorf in the 2020 winter semester. Alongside his studies, he works in a brewery in Düsseldorf.

  He has been working as a student advisor for the CIVIC Institute since spring 2024.
