• Bachelor's degree in social sciences (media, politics, society) at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf.

Since 2018, Emilie Hintzen has been involved as a counselor at a summer camp for children and young people.

Besides her studies, she works in the department for press and public relations of the AStA of the University of Düsseldorf. She is also a volunteer in the project "UN in the Classroom" of the German Association for the United Nations (DGVN).

Since 2023, Emilie Hintzen has been working as a student officer for the CIVIC Institute for International Education.

Emilie Hintzen's particular areas of interest are educational justice and socially just policies, as well as the political challenges at the European and international level.
