Since 2022, Ida Morganti has been a student tutor at the CIVIC Institute for International Education in the Southern Germany area.
Before that, she was a freelancer for four years at the Landeszentrale für politische Bildung Baden-Württemberg in the department "Political Days". There she conducted seminars and simulation games with children and young people on local, European, and international politics.

As a journalist, she has worked for Bavarian Radio, SWR Television and the Süddeutsche Zeitung, among others.
